Job Responsibilities:
1. Establish the company's quality
management system and ensure the effective operation of the system to continuously
improve product quality and achieve the goal of continuous quality improvement and
customer satisfaction;
2. Decomposed and determined the project budget of
quality cost according to the principle of independent accounting, organized the
formulation and implementation of quality cost management budget plan, and reduced
the unit cost of quality;
3. According to customer standards, industry standards
and company operating documents, effectively monitor product quality and make
correct decisions to reduce customer complaint rate;
4. Lead the quality
assurance Department to monitor the quality of products in each process, prevent and
stop the production of defective boards and scrap boards in batches, actively
promote factory quality improvement, improve factory quality and reduce scrap;
5.
Improved the quality assurance process control documents and strictly followed the
documents, improved the skills and morale of the team, and established a stable
quality control team for the company.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor
degree or above, language requirement: English, 10 years or above management
experience, familiar with PCB production process, acceptance standards and
ISO/TS/IPC quality management system;
2. Familiar with the quality management
system and skilled use of quality management tools;
3. Proficient in Chinese
writing, strong in systematic thinking and logic, with certain English ability.
